How to get a permanent discount for my entire purchase

Apart from quality products and beautiful lashes, nothing makes us happier than seeing satisfied customers. Which is why we offer anyone who loves our products and enjoys coming back for more the option to save on their purchases. All you need to do is create an account with us. After you sign in to your account, your discount will automatically become available every time. It’s that simple!


Here are the instructions for creating an account with us:

1. Go to where you’ll find the „Sign in“ button in the top right-hand corner.


2. Enter your email address in the CREATE AN ACCOUNT box and click on the orange “Create an account” button

3. Then enter your basic personal information and enter a password for your account. Check the “Sign up for our newsletter!” box (not required, however, we would highly recommend doing so) and click the green “Register” button.

Note: Having completed this step, an email with basic information regarding the creation of your account will be sent to the email you provided..


4. Great job! You have successfully created an account and been automatically signed in. Now nothing is stopping you from using your discount for your entire purchase and enjoying your account’s other advantages.

5. Already have an account? You can sign in by doing the following:

Go to where you’ll find the Sign in“. button in the top right-hand corner. In the ALREADY REGISTERED? box, enter your login information and click the green “Sign in” button”. Great job! You have successfully signed in and, as a registered customer, can use your discount as well as your account’s other advantages.

How the Loyalty Program works

The discount you receive by creating an account and its amount are permanent, and it can be applied to any product we have on offer. You’ll find the discount to not only be quite convenient but you’ll also be able to find everything you need to beautify your lashes in one place. With us, your loyalty is rewarded.

Before you sign in, all the products on the Lashes Pro website are marked at full price. After you sign in, every item is marked with its discounted price.

I can’t sign in to my account. What do I do now?

Did you forget your password and can’t sign in to your account? Follow these steps:

  • In this case, you will need to renew your password. Click here: „Forgot your password?or go to and click the Create an account“. Vbutton in the top right-hand corner. In the ALREADY REGISTERED? box above the green “Sign in” button, click on the „Forgot your password?”option.

  • Enter the email address you used to create your account. Next, an email will be sent to the email address you entered.

  • According to the instructions in the email, click the special link. You will then receive another email with your new password. You can sign in using this password.

  • Once signed in, we recommend changing the automatically-generated password in your account’s settings (find out more in the My Account section).


„Help! I haven’t received any email!” -> Be sure to check that the email containing your new password didn’t end up in your SPAM folder (or other promotional folders, such as Social Media, Promotions, etc.).


I have a new password but still can’t sign in. What do I do now?.

Heads up: smartphones and internet browsers can remember your login information, so you won’t have to enter them every time you go to sign in to your account. 

Now that you’ve changed your password, don’t use the old login information remembered by your internet browser (it contains your old password). You will need to sign in manually and enter the new password you received in the email in the box.

When does my discount expire?

The discount you receive by creating an account is permanent and does not expire. After signing in to your account, the discount will automatically be applied to every item in the e-shop. All that’s left to do is make your purchase


Is my discount permanent or does it disappear after my purchase?

Our Loyalty Program is great in that your discount remains even after you’ve made your purchase. You can then use it again for your next purchase. And then the next one, and the next one... 


How much is my discount for?

The discounted amount is shown for each specific product, so you can see the price both before and after the discount is applied. Generally speaking, our customers receive a 10% discount on every purchase.


Where is my discount? I don’t see it!

Ensure that you are signed in to your account. Both the original price and the discount price are always visible for every product, however, the discount prices are only visible after you’ve signed in. 


For which items can I apply my discount?

After signing in to your account, the discount is automatically applied to every product we have on offer. All you need to do now is find what you’re interested in and purchase it.

My Account

After signing in on the Lashes PRO website, you can adjust your personal information and view the history and details regarding your orders by selecting My Account 


In this section of your account, you can add one or more delivery and billing addresses. Your packages will then arrive at your chosen address. This will save you time when making purchases in the future. 


Note: When completing your order, you can select the specific address to which you would like your package sent.

After having entered and saved at least one delivery address, the ADD MY FIRST ADDRESS field will disappear. Going forward, you will be able to change your addresses in the MY ADDRESSES section


Here you will find all the information regarding the orders you’ve made using your account. If you need to verify the contents of your package or its price, then you’re in the right place.


V In this section, you can make changes to your delivery and billing addresses. Do you need your packages sent directly to the address of your salon or right to your home? No problem! Save your addresses and choose the one you need when completing your order.

Note: If you would like to have the same billing and delivery address, don’t forget to check the relevant box.
